As a young entrepreneur I bought and sold my first home while attending university in 1994. Upon graduation with a business degree and a major in Marketing, I worked as a sales manager for a large wireless handset manufacturer, and started my own internet media company.
In August 2004 I became a licensed realtor along with my wife – Tracy Bates. Together, we’ve helped many people buy and sell real estate and have worked in many types of real estate transactions including new construction developments, commercial properties, single family homes, townhomes and condominiums
In today’s changing business climate I feel it’s important to have a broad skill set and a diverse but complimentary business focus to succeed. As such, I continue to work in real estate and operate my internet media business. In addition, I’ve recently added a display signage and vehicle advertising division to my company.
As a team Tracy and I offer an exceptional set of real estate services for our clients. I believe our combined real estate knowledge and experience, along with my expertise in internet marketing and sales is a great asset to our clients!

I have been a real estate agent since August 2004. To date, my real estate experience has been very rewarding as I’ve worked with many great buyers and sellers.
My background in the medical profession, telecommunication industry, website development, and internet marketing have all served as a great resource for the marketing and sale of real estate.
My sales experience has mostly been in re-sale homes, condos and townhouses. I am extremely committed to providing the best service to all my clients and ensuring every transaction is dealt with a high level of professionalism.
